We reserve the right for any errors in texts, product descriptions, images and prices.
Payment terms
Payment is made, for companies, via invoice after an approved credit check.
Delivery and shipping method
The goods are sent with DHL, Schenker and UPS depending on the size and location.
All goods are delivered according to EXW (Ex Works).
This means that the buyer is responsible for all costs and risks from the moment the goods have become available for collection at the seller's premises or warehouse.
Prices
We reserve the right for VAT changes, as well as price and currency changes that are beyond our control.

Final sale
We reserve the right to final sale of products in our range.
Complaints/Returns
Check your goods immediately upon arrival.
Litex AB is only responsible for errors that the buyer reports in writing within 7 days of receiving delivery.
The customer pays for any return shipping to Litex AB.
Goods damaged in transport
Transport damage must be immediately reported to the carrier upon receipt of the goods.
Be sure to check your shipment upon receipt, that you have received the correct number of parcels compared to the shipping document and that all goods are undamaged.
Missing/Misdelivered goods
Missing goods or wrong delivery must be reported to Litex AB within 7 days from the invoice date.
Our policy regarding personal data (GDPR)
When you contact or buy from us at Litex AB, we are careful to handle your personal data in a safe and secure manner in accordance with the EU's data protection regulation (GDPR).
We use the information to provide you with the best possible service for your recurring purchases and to fulfill our obligations towards the authorities.
Your details may also be used by us to send you special offers from our shop and newsletters if you have chosen to let us do so.
Personal data includes customary information such as e.g. First name, last name, company/organization, e-mail, address, postcode, city, country and telephone number.
We save data as long as there is a need, in order to provide you with good service in the future as well.
At your request, we can share with you what information is stored about you.
You can also request the deletion of the data that we are not legally obliged to store, e.g. through the Accounting Act.
We are careful with the handling of your personal data and never sell personal data to third parties for marketing.
